THE-RS6 C5 4.2 V8 Tubular Upgrade Exhaust Manifolds
Our manifolds are exclusively manufactured from 1.4828 heat-resistant stainless steel pipes.
In contrast to conventional stainless steel, the 1.4828 stands out with a minor thermal expansion, high tensile strength and scaling resistance when temperatures are high.
Manifolds which merge from 4 pipes into one with a laser-cut collector.
External diameters are 42,3x2mm and 48,4x2mm.
The manifolds are welded with TIG back-purged.
This manifold has a K04 Flange. We also offer others on request.
The flange plate to the cylinder head is face milled after welding.

With these manifolds and appropriate surrounding performance of over 1000 hp is possible.
We have chosen the pipe layout in a way that we can always use an entire pipe bend which means no cross-section constriction. Because of this we also removed (useless) secondary air valves.
